Application Note: This product is a concentrated stock solution and should be diluted appropriately with distilled, deionized water or equivalent to its final working concentration. 10X Tris Buffered Saline consists of 1.0 M Tris HCl and 1.5 M Sodium Chloride,  pH 7.5, meticulously prepared using ultra pure reagents dissolved in pharmaceutical grade water (WFI).
